Connect a read-only Stripe key, we compute your MRR from active subscriptions, and your product page shows Verified by MRRLens with a dofollow link — as soon as the badge is on your homepage.
- Create a restricted key in Stripe → Developers → API keys → “Create secret key” → “Building your own integration” → “Custom permissions”, with Read on Subscriptions and Prices. Nothing else. It starts with rk_live_.
- Paste it below. We read active subscriptions once and drop the key. It is never stored or logged. Every request it makes →
- Place the badge on your homepage. When we find it there, the number goes live.
MRR = sum of active subscription prices × quantity, normalized to a month, before discounts. One-off payments do not count.
A verified product appears in the revenue leaderboard. It appears in the opportunity ranking only if public reviews show unhappy customers — and you can ask to leave that ranking at any time: write to hello@mrrlens.com from your domain. Reviews and quotes stay on your page either way, with their source.
If MRRLens currently publishes an estimate for your product, verifying it also puts that estimate next to the real figure on the methodology page — predicted versus verified, for anyone to check. It is how we measure whether our own ranges are worth anything, and it cuts both ways.
