Fix what is wrong. Or ask for removal.
Every listing on MRRLens is built from public store pages, public reviews and published prices. Those sources are sometimes wrong, out of date, or about a different product with the same name. Tell us and it is fixed.

What we fix without asking questions
- A wrong product. A listing that is not what the name says, a plugin that belongs to another company, an app that no longer exists: removed.
- A wrong quote or link. A quote that is not in the review it points to, or a broken source link: corrected or removed.
- A wrong category or name. Corrected.
- Personal data. Reviewer names, e-mail addresses or anything that identifies a person: removed on request. MRRLens does not store reviewer names in the first place.
What we do not remove
- Negative reviews that are real. They stay, with the link to the original review. A product with unhappy customers is the point of the site.
- Revenue estimates — they are replaced, not deleted: verify the real figure with a read-only Stripe key and the estimate disappears. Verify revenue.
- The opportunity ranking of a product. It is computed from published figures, shown with its formula, and it is not for sale.
Leaving the opportunity ranking
A founder who has verified revenue can ask for the product to be removed from the opportunity ranking. It stays in the revenue leaderboard and keeps its page, reviews and quotes.
A right of reply
A founder who has verified revenue can ask for a public reply to be shown next to a specific complaint. It is published as the founder's reply, attributed to the company, and it does not change the complaint or the quote.
Our own corrections
Changes to how numbers are computed, newest first. A score shows its formula version; an estimate shows its formula and inputs.
- Oct 30, 2026 · Opportunity score v4. Estimates whose range spans more than 3× (most freemium listings) are no longer scored: a $9k–57k range is too little information to rank on. They keep their page and their place in the revenue leaderboard, marked low confidence.
- Oct 29, 2026 · 30-day revenue no longer shown as MRR. For TrustMRR businesses with no subscriptions (MRR $0), the last 30 days of revenue had been shown as "MRR". It is now labelled "verified revenue · last 30 days", and the TrustMRR catalogue was read in full (it had been read from A to C only).
- Oct 29, 2026 · Shopify estimates roughly halved. The rule assumed 15–40 installs per review. Reviews pile up over an app's whole life, so revenue must come from active installs; measured on the 20 most-installed apps, the median is 12 active installs per review. The rule now uses 7–20 and every Shopify range was recomputed. Method.
- Oct 29, 2026 · Opportunity score v3. Software only (paid communities, services and content are no longer scored); revenue of at least $1k a month and an X-ray of five complaints required; old complaints weigh half. The score is a 0–100 scale, not a percentile. Versions.
- Oct 29, 2026 · Revenue rankings by the floor of a range. Rankings had used the top of an estimate's range, which put the most uncertain estimates first; they now use the verified figure or the lower bound.
