I registered for a trial. I tried to cancel. They took 3 payments and they continue to take payments. On email they wrote that they will cancel and refund one of the payments. They did not. They continue to drag this on even though they have confirmed my email and accounts. Very scammy way to operate. Pretty sure they’ve just got AI writing back to me. It’s been a horrible experience that I don’t wish upon anyone.

Terrible software. Claims to get hot leads with cold outreach, but the AI copywriting is shockingly bad. I wouldn't recommend even trying this, the guys who have created it clearly don't know anything about cold outreach. Another problem I noticed was the messages that claim to be personalised mention the wrong job role or industry to the prospect, so they are left confused and the message just screams AI slop.

A cold email went out under my full name, Landon Meyer, from a domain I have no connection to (beamconversation.com). The signature on the email literally reads "Landon Meyer, Goji berry ai." It was sent to a contact in my professional network, who recognized my name and forwarded it to me the same morning. I was dumb enough to think what they claimed was true and I would get qualified meetings every month with AI. Do not use their solution, it doesn't work.

I completed a 7-day trial period in good faith. During this time, I was not convinced by the quality of the leads. Therefore, I canceled the trial account within the specified timeframe. The cancellation was accepted, but the monthly fee was still charged. The explanation given was that the invoice had already been issued and could not be reversed. The reason for this is that the invoice had already been generated before the end of the seventh day. Update: Cancelled after the trial because lead quality was poor. Despite cancelling, their system kept attempting to charge my card for days afterward, when I asked, I was told this is 'Stripe's automatic retry behavior' and not their responsibility. Even if technically true, a company that doesn't void outstanding invoices on cancellation is a very bad billing experience on customer's end. 1 star on basis of lead quality + this."

Did not find relevant leads and support claims leads uploaded by myself as found by them to try to convince me to stay. Very poor support experience and borderline scammy
